Yadi Narvaez, ND, LAc
Dr. Yadi Narvaez is offering acupuncture & trigger point therapy services at Water's Edge!
Dr. Narvaez came to the Northwest from Puerto Rico to attend Bastyr University, and has since made Whidbey Island home.

Before Bastyr, she worked as a biochemistry researcher - until her passion for natural health and Traditional Chinese Medicine inspired a career shift.
Acupuncture therapy is based on holistic diagnosis and individualized care, with attention to mind, body, & spirit. Thin needles are inserted to unblock the flow of energy through channels called meridians, supporting harmony and disease recovery. Acupuncture is effective for a range of conditions, including chronic pain, depression and anxiety, adrenal fatigue, digestive complaints, hormone imbalance, and fertility support.

Dr. Narvaez completed advanced certification in trigger point therapy with Rachel Weissman, LAc.

When not practicing, you might find her combing Whidbey beaches with her 6 year old, practicing Qi Gong, or soaking up the elusive Northwest sunshine. She also attends regular continuing education - to bring the best of natural family medicine to Whidbey Island.
