Heather believes that meditation is a very individual practice and if you've tried but find it difficult that you just haven't found the right practice yet. Her very diverse mediation background includes simple breath meditations, walking meditation, chakra balancing, shamanic journeying, hypnosis, mantra meditation, positive affirmations, Vedic Meditation and even a 10-day silent Vipassana meditation retreat in Northern Thailand. Heather's meditation style is vey intuitive and is geared towards what the group as a whole most needs.
She also offers private sessions at Water's Edge both teaching meditation as well as recording personalized meditation journey's for her clients which they can then use daily to help align with their Core and connect to that space of peace within.
